Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 days. However, please allow 10 working days for dispatch of your order within New Zealand.
Due to the volume and variety of products displayed, not all items are held in stock and some items are ordered in or dispatched direct from our distributors at the time of order and dispatch times and dispatch warehouse location can vary depending on the item and brand. Please allow 10 working days for dispatch within New Zealand.
We dispatch orders domestically to New Zealand and Internationally to Australia. We are unable to send fragile items such as mirrors or any large, bulky, or heavy items including rugs, furniture, canvas art, etc., or any item(s) deemed too heavy / bulky at our discretion from New Zealand to Australia. If you are unsure if your item is a large or fragile item, please contact us to ensure we can dispatch your item via International delivery. We are not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur if you buy our goods from outside New Zealand.
Domestic couriers may leave packages without signature. Please ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is chosen for delivery. We may add a signature required service at our discretion. Please contact us if you require a signature on delivery.
For international orders we are unable to dispatch to PO Box addresses.
FRAGILE ITEMS: Please choose a non-rural address for delivery of fragile items. We are unable to cover damage to fragile items caused by the courier where deliveries are to rural addresses. We are unable to cover damage to fragile items if they are delivered to any address with "authority to leave".
Please ensure fragile items are received without damage before signing as received in good order with courier and please notify us within 24 hours if there is any courier damage. If a delivery is signed as received in good order with courier we are unable to cover any damage caused by the courier.Delivery times are not guaranteed. As we are not in control of courier delivey times we are not liable for courier delivery delays or any expense that this may cause. Large, bulky items may take longer to deliver, please allow extra time for delivery. If an order has not been received or mis-delivered, notification of this must be made within 21 days of the dispatch date in order for a claim to be covered.
Returns & Replacements
We do not have to provide a refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.
We are able to offer exchange for credit on items such as cushions, throws and duvet covers (excluding sale items) provided they are returned to us within 14 days in a saleable condition, unopened with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact us first to check if your item qualifies for an exchange.
We are unable to accept for exchange any sale items, custom made items, large volume, fragile goods, including items such as art, furniture, rugs, bedspreads, comforters, mirrors, lighting, clocks, homeware category items, or items due to hygeine reasons such as duvet inners, pillows, and mattress toppers/protectors or any items sent internationally.
If the item/s is faulty or wrongly described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. To assist in determining whether a product is faulty or wrongly described please contact us. Refunds for faulty items will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
If you are acquiring goods (or services) from Webretail Limited for business
purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of the CGA, you agree that the consumer
guarantees provided for in the CGA will not apply to the supply of those goods
(or services).
Pricing / Display / Stock Errors
Although we do our best to ensure prices and stock available stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. Every effort has been made to ensure the colors and images displayed are accurate; however, actual colors and product finishes may vary. Handmade items, canvas art which is hand-painted, and similar items may have slight variations in design. While every effort is made to ensure stock availability is accurate, we cannot always guarantee the availability of items displayed. We are not liable to you for any orders we are unable to fulfill or decline to fulfill.
Payment, Delivery
The standard delivery charge by Courier is $9.90 per package ($14.90 for Rural Delivery) for delivery within New Zealand. For Australia, delivery is $49 via tracked Aramex International Courier. A signature is required for international Australia deliveries. Please note that some remote rural areas of Australia may not be able to be delivered to with this service, please contact us prior to order to check if delivery is possible for remote Australia locations.
Prices are stated and charged in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for goods being shipped to New Zealand addresses. Overseas orders do not incur GST, but due to higher transaction costs overseas orders include a 15% surcharge.
Promotional Code Discounts: Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem. Codes are not valid with any other code or credit code. Discount does not apply to freight. Spend and save discounts excludes existing sale items.
